There are two sources:

If you have a copy of our Pilot's Guide, each airport page shows the DGAC office with jurisdiction over that airport along with the telephone number. If you don't have a copy, we have a new guide in the works. The other source is by contacting us, we have a database from the DGAC which has the permit status of each airport in Mexico.
