The Belize Airport Authority has published a very useful Airport Guide for 12 of their airports. This guide contains airport information that is important for trip planning. There is also contact information for the Airport Authority to obtain additional information. In the CST Member Website, the Belize section covers additional useful information on flying to Belize.

Bear in mind that depending on where you depart the USA on your flight to Belize, you may either have to make a stop in Mexico or you will fly non-stop through Mexican airspace. If you need to land in Mexico when returning to the USA on your way back from Belize (or from anywhere else in Central America, South America, The Bahamas or the Caribbean) remember that you MUST make your first stop in Mexico in either Cozumel (MMCZ) or Tapachula (MMTP). On the other hand, if you fly non-stop through Mexican airspace in either direction, you will need to pay your Mexican airspace fees after your flight is completed.
