Nicaraguan Civil Aviation Authorities (CAA) have notified us that the procedure for requesting and updating Nicaraguan overflight permits will be replaced with an entirely new procedure completely different from what has been used in the past. The new system is currently in testing mode and we have seen issues with it so the actual implementation may be some time off but it is coming.... Stay tuned as this new procedure goes into place.
