Hi Steele, I contacted CBP today and there is an investigation underway with the San Juan Field Office. The person with CBP in Washington says that San Juan is aware that he has instructed you to NOT pay the fine at this time. He says that it would be in your interest to sit tight for a few more days, he expects something soon.
