Tropical Storm Eta has reached Nicaragua and all will cause heavy rainfall leading to catastrophic, life-threatening flash flooding and river flooding across Central America, with landslides in areas of higher terrain.

Flash and river flooding may also occur in Jamaica, Southeast Mexico, El Salvador, Southern Haiti and the Cayman Islands.

Eta is forecasted to regain Troican Storm stregth before it moves across portionso of Cuba and approaches southern Florida this weekend (November 06, 2020).

Operators flying to these regions should monitor WX information sources and be ready to adapt flight plans accordingly.
