We were charged $130 US for a multi-entry permit at MMSF San Felipe, seems quite a bit more expensive than in years past. Is this the going rate?

The current cost of the Multiple Entry Permit is $1807 mexican pesos, with today's exchange rate that should be around $91 usd. The cost of the permit should be specified on the receipt.
It is also very important that you keep both the permit and the receipt together in order for it to be valid when you enter Mexico again or fly to other mexican airports.
Did the Authorities issue a receipt to acompany the permit?

In fact they did not, which I thought was very strange, but as we were in a rush to leave for Ensenada before the airport closed, I didn’t insist on one.
